I grew up in the Northwest: Tacoma, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Seattle - I have called all these home.
I graduated from Puyallup High School in 1986 with a passion for art, design and advertising. But alas, I fell in love and my career path took a turn to meet the needs of my family.
I actually ended up owning and operating preschool centers. I loved it, how better to be so creative on a daily basis! - Writing and implementing curriculum, getting to play with crayons, paints and glue! Life was so good. My creativity flourished in an environment where spontaneity was an asset and quick thinking a must!
When my children were too old to attend my preschool, I again made a career change. I joined forces with my husband and grew a new business. My part was easy, coming up with advertising ideas and marketing strategies that included print, online presence, interactive e-mail and customer relations.
